This is a comprensive full body assessment and programming tool to help identify imbalance and weakness within the body. This program provides the user with a basic breakdown of every major joint in the body, its functions and an assessment to identify areas of limitations. Based on findings from each assessment, a specific program is provided to help address the identified area through targeted mobility and resistance training exercises to restore optimal mechanics and balance in the body. Troubleshoot issues pertaining to the foot/ankle, knee, hips/lower back, shoulders, elbows and wrists.
